Heavy-duty full-aluminum radiator engineered to increase coolant capacity and heat rejection for 80- and 100-Series Land Cruisers. The thick core and TIG-welded tanks keep temps stable on long climbs, towing, dunes, and hot climates. Versions for HDJ100 and HDJ80 are compatible with automatic (built-in ATF cooler) and manual transmissions (cap the ports if manual). Typical upgrade cores for the 100-Series are ~510 mm tall and 53–56 mm thick; well-known options include 55 mm performance cores. The 80-Series typically runs a ~718 × 425 × 48 mm core.
